Beyond The Code

The architecture of my thoughts and experiences

The Architecture Enthusiast

I see distributed systems like city planning. Imagine Kubernetes clusters as neighborhoods and containers as buildings—each with a purpose, communicating through carefully designed streets (APIs). This perspective helps me build resilient digital cities that survive even when streets flood or buildings need repairs.

The Problem Solver

At NCSU, I developed a hybrid load balancer that's like a smart traffic controller for data—it knows which roads have potholes (failing servers) and redirects digital traffic to smoother routes. My age-based scheduler ensures every process gets its fair turn, like ensuring everyone in line gets served, preventing "starvation" even during rush hour.

The Multi-Cloud Navigator

I orchestrate systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP like a conductor leading musicians from different countries. Each cloud speaks its own language, but I've learned to harmonize them into a unified symphony. This multi-cloud approach reduced infrastructure costs by 31% at Glosity while increasing hiring match accuracy by 44%.

My Digital Philosophy

I believe infrastructure should be invisible—like electricity that powers your home without you thinking about it. This drives my passion for building self-healing systems that handle their own problems. When designing distributed systems, I draw from nature's resilience patterns—ant colonies don't collapse when a few ants fail, and neither should our digital ecosystems.

My research at NCSU focuses on making machine learning and computer vision applications run seamlessly across multiple clouds. Think of it as teaching AI to be cloud-agnostic—able to work from any digital environment without missing a beat.
